Meditation is becoming more and more popular across the world. Scientists study it. Doctors recommend it.  Schools are beginning to teach it. And people like me practice it every day.  As we humans are becoming more and more aware of ourselves, so it seems meditation is beginning to get some of the credit it deserves.
Meditation can improve our prospects by helping us develop hidden talents and creative possibilities we may have forgotten. It can also advance our physical, mental and spiritual wellbeing.
On Thursday’s ‘My Dream Psychic’ we will be looking at self-awareness and talking about ways you can boost your self-confidence with the help of meditation.
I have some amazing scientific evidence to show you. Numerous large scale studies have shown some remarkable results and I am looking forward to sharing them with you.
But scientific stuff aside, I love meditation so much. It provides me with clarity, purpose and fills me with energy. It helps me feel comfortable in my surroundings, closer to nature and it lessens feelings of separation or duality.
Even more exciting, meditation helps us to reach our subconscious. This is where our clairsentience lives and my subconscious helps me to associate with you and understand your dilemma. The portal to my spiritual guides is opened when in a meditative state and communicates their words.

    How can i go about doing a meditation 1st thing in the morning when your head is floaty (which i experence a lot!!!)

    Hello Simsy, You can start by stamping your feet vigorously to get the energy grounded. Several times each side. Do this before you start meditating, then when you begin the energy can rise up from the base of your spine up your back….
    I will talk more about this kind of thing on the show.

    Hi laurence,
    loved the guided meditation!! It was a great idea :) you guys should do it more often!!! I didn’t see much but did feel heat running down my spine and my hands were on fire!!! and felt so relaxed!!! Thanx for doing that :)

    I’m new to meditation and i have to admit that it is not easy getting there, though little by little i’m beginning to be more positive, calmer in my life and amazingly noticing and appreciating nature a bit more than i used to do. Though when i’m deep in my meditations i sometimes feel tingly, sensations and chills i dont know if its normal, it freaks me out!

    I have learned that you have to trust your angels to look after you when you are going into meditation. In this way you can open your ming, free your shackles and let go! Do not try to hard and the more you practise, the easier it becomes. Anytime, anyplace and anywhere.
