Usually my days at home take on a certain structure as both my daughters are still at home.
It starts at around 6am when I am starting to become aware that Clare is up and about getting ready to go to work, then I roll over and see that Sophie has crept into my bed in the middle of the night, at 7am the alarm goes off, this is when I wished I had had an earlier night, trying to get Sophie up for school is hard work, she doesnt really want to go, as I trundle downstairs , the kettle goes on and the toaster pings!

At last she emerges, usually looking for something last minute, and of course as a mum your expected to know just where everything is…where they left it? Out she goes at 8am now its my day failing a phone call from school saying shes forgot her pe kit..or Clare ringing to check something for her..now I gather my thoughts Oh yes…My Domestic Goddess will be here to do the cleaning, actually she is one of my closest friends we went to school together at the age of 9 and been friends ever since, it actually gives me the chance to have a weekly catch up..Viv always says your life is never boring and sometimes she goes home to get some normality…we so laugh at this as I used to say I have the best disfunctional family going !! I do Love her!!
I leave her to get on with things because I am having lunch with the lady who was my circle leader in the Spiritualist church, who I might say has had the patience of a saint with me helping me through this whole transformation, I so love Denice as she has so many of her own problems that she is always cheerful when I see her…which is only a couple of times a year mainly birthdays and xmas, I drive us out to a nice country pub, where we can sit and catch up on my life and hers then discuss spiritual matters inbetween giving one another messages…its really fun!
Then I have to be back for 4 when sophie gets in from school, meanwhile a call from Debbie who looks after my booking diary, to update me on any changes, I love my Debbie she is always there to make me laugh…she also has had so many challenges in her life I sometimes feel I dont know how to support her…she says I do..
Then its time to work for spirit, as my clients start to arrive…..this can take me upto 7 / 8 oclock..

Tea for the girls can be a bit hit and miss but having fed Sophie before I start or send her over to grandmas for tea..which is 2 doors away is a godsend.
then its cheking home worktime..get yourslf upstairs to bed..that will be a laugh none of my girls have ever gone to bed early, Clares got a friend staying the night, so quick chat with them..its now ten or half past…I have missed anything I wanted to watch on telly…so kettle on again catch up on paper work, put washer on, prepare for tomorrow midnight now..where does the time go!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
