Thought of the Day … Adam

Winning the fight .

I know it sounds like i might be about to talk about the methods of winning a boxing match but in fact its about our inner fire. We can all relate to having the wind knocked out of us due to being rejected in an interview or even by a lover. That rejection squashed our drive, our motivation and lowered our convidence. Often what happens after this is one of two things, we either pluck up our courage and try again, or we take a step back and think about where we went wrong.

Both tactics work well when used together. I know this sounds obvious but ive seen it happen over and over again, someone has lots of fight and keeps going for job after job after job with persistence that even an Olympic athlete would admire but still they keep getting nowhere. On the flip side of the coin you have someone that gets one rejection and reacts by over analysing where they went wrong so much so that they lose their fight entirely.

Its very easy to say ” i know im not going to do it” and when you fail say ” see i told you i wouldn’t do it”…. where is the winning in that? …. everyone can respect someone that fails but put their whole heart into trying to succeed. No one respects someone who doesnt put their heart into it and then claims they told you so.

Often the “I told you so” people are those that have lost their fight years ago and prefer to be the pesimistic know it all that prefers the comfort of a no risk lifestyle.

Risk IS the spice of life, without risk there there is no significant change and life turns into stagnation. Putting your whole heart into a risk is the best way to nudge the chance of success in your direction. If you fail you can always try again.

“If your trying to achieve something put your whole heart into it otherwise your just giving yourself something to moan about”

This is something that i thought would be appropriate to write about due to the powerful astrological constellation in the skies at the moment. I will talk about that more on the show.

see you there

A Day In the Life of Litz…..

My days can begin at varying hours.  In fact I would say that there is no structure to my life in terms of set hours and I love it that way.  I have never been a person that takes to routine well and so have no problem adapting to differing work patterns.  If I have appeared on the evening show on Psychic TV or travelled to do demonstrations of mediumship I wake later.  If I wake at a sensible time I will either meditate or go to the gym – preferably both.

If I have woken late due to work I normalise myself by drinking lots of tea.  It has become a ritual at this point that I read the news and check any e-mails that have come in overnight.  I read for people that live on the other side of the world, so it is common place for me to have several requests for readings at this time of the day.  I have learnt to be strict with my time and give allotted periods to various projects that I have going on.

At the moment writing is dominating my life and I absolutely love it.  I have several different assignments currently and tend to flit between them.  I am unsure whether or not this is the way to write but it works for me.

If I allow myself time off during the day it will be to either visit family or chat with friends.  My pet hate is food shopping, so I do all I can to put it off.  Ridiculous really as we all have to eat!

Due to my incredibly low boredom threshold I rarely sit still for long periods of time and will quite frequently read whilst watching TV and sending text messages – much to the annoyance of my family.

I am also studying at the moment and as the course is nearing its end I have been completing some case studies.  I am training as a Counsellor and it never ceases to amaze me how human process difficulties in their lives.  I honestly feel it is something that will always truly fascinate me.

Once this course has finished I intend to add to it by studying bereavement therapy.  I know that this will aide my work as a medium because I frequently find that people long to just talk about their friends and loved ones and to rationalise their loss.

Again, there is no set end to my day because it is dictated by my work.  I do however have a habit of trying to burn the candle at both ends!

Join me on the show and let me have your comments on what your day consists of.

Thought for the Day – Things Do Change

The reason I have chosen this topic is because I have heard so many times people say they wish they could change their situation in jobs, love life, friendships, where they live – or just their outlook on life.

The old saying – Time and Tide wait for no man. Just like the seasons our lives do change. Rut situations or unhappy situations change. We do have happy, joyful occasions and something to make us smile again. Time is also a great healer – in my own life and many readings I have given, peoples lives have changed over a period

of time for the better.

That’s why my life as a psychic medium is so worthwhile to help people and show the light at the end of the tunnel, ease peoples minds, unburden and comfort them with messages and guidance from spirit.

Seeing people fall in love again, get the right job, move on and heal the broken heart, have more confidence, have a better social life – this is what makes my work so worthwhile.

If this touches you come and take a reading and see what it can do for you.
