The ‘Law of Attraction’ states that whatever is broadcast out into the universe is joined by (or attracted to) energies that are of an equal frequency, resonance, or vibration.

There are many ways to express the ‘Law of Attraction’:

“Energy flows where attention goes”

“Like attracts like”

The Law of Attraction delivers both what is wanted and what is unwanted depending on the signal we send out to the Universe.

You attract what you are and that which you concentrate upon. If you are feeling negative emotions, you draw in and experience negativity. If you are feeling positive emotions, you draw in and experience positive life experiences. You can attract to you only those qualities you possess. So, if you want freedom and joy in your life, you must feel what it already feels like to feel freedom and joy in your life right now.

Seriously, take a second right now and see what that feels like. It may be hard to do if you have a lot of distractions going on around you. Take a few moments to just close your eyes and truly imagine…

What does FREEDOM feel like?

Does it mean changing your job, or moving and living somewhere else?

What does JOY feel like? Is it in the arms of your true love? Is it in seeking your true partnership in life if you are single?

What does ABUNDANCE feel like to you?

Okay, now that you’ve imagined it, now close your eyes again and pretend that you already have it. Imagine that just beyond your closed eyes is exactly what you want….It won’t be right if you just imagine having these things, you have to truly feel that you already have it, and that you deserve it.

Now let me ask you this, “How many times throughout the day do you focus and live in the space that you are in right now, after imagining all these wonderful things? And how many times a day do you focus on the negative things like; I don’t have enough money, enough time, a good partner. I don’t like my job, my home etc.

You and I both know the list goes on and on. How can we ever expect to attract a ‘good life’ when we’re focusing on the bad?

It’s time to change your mind and attract into being all that you want, but remember you have to think with the emotion of belief and reinforce the desire with practical actions. I will demonstrate you how I do this on the show…

Let the abundance begin for all of us….

    Hi Lee
    Great blog. I have recently bought a set of Law of attraction cards. I have been trying hard to focus and be positive. I have spent too many years not fulfilling my potential and want to do this before its too late. Im working on the positives in life and hope that this is the right way forward. Like everyone else I have my negative side and boy can it be in control at time.

    Hi lee just switched on the TV and saw your vision book, I have created a vision board with all the things that I would like to achieve. Every day I look at this vision board and I vision my self happy with all the things that I have and will achieve in the coming years. Seeing your vision book I am now going to create my own vision dairy on what I want to achieve in my business. Thanks for that idea Sam68

    What a fantastic blog.After reading the blog i felt i would like to share a story regarding The Law of Attraction.
    When i was seven years old i was walking through an estate with my father. We were going to collect a puppy. I immediatley felt that someday i would like to live in a place like this. At that moment in time i took the sight, the sounds the smell and the feeling of sensing what that would be like to live in this area.This must have been a true heart’s desire because 14 years later i actually moved in a home on the very street i had passed years earlier.
    The universe was working on my behalf all along. I guess some goals and dreams take a long time to materialise and some happen very quickly. Thank you Lee for reminding to belief and trust this process again lots of blessings Catherine x

    Hi Lee,

    What a good blog, and very thought provoking!! I think it’s something I definitely need to think about. My days are filled with negative emotions so it’s no wonder nothing seems to go right if I’m drwaing in negative experiences. The thing is though it’s so difficult. I don’t feel happy and I don’t feel positive a lot of the time. Even when I try to it is usually false and just an act.
    I tried to imagine what you suggested in your blog, but I couldn’t. Not truely. Ok so I did have my mum yelling at me in the middle of it but I still tried again and had no luck. It’s so hard to block out the negative emotions when their so strong and when they’re triggered by everything around me. And they hurt so much, I can’t just ignore them.
    Hmmm I do truely believe in what you are saying though with the laws of attraction but I just don’t know how I can make that work for me. If I can’t stop this thinking then I’m always going to attract negative things aren’t I? O dear!
    I’ve just wrote in Debbie’s blog that I’m going to make an extra effort to make times for the magical things in my life and for finding treasure so it looks like I also need to make a renewed effort to focus on more positive things. I just need to find a way of doing it successfully!!
    Anyway, thanks for bringing this up Lee. It’s definitely something I’m going to keep in mind and try and do.

    Hi Lee,
    Great blog. I too have made a vision board & I think the vision diary is a great idea.My trouble is I find it really hard to visualise these things in my head. I need to actually see the pictures in front of me.
    I seem to attract people that need healing to me & I find it hard not to take on their stuff.I always think these people are great fun when I meet them but as we become friends & they let me into the REAL them I find they lean on me. I dont mind at all because thats what friends are for, but how do I stop taking on their negative stuff. Do I attract friends/relationships like that because that is what I’m putting out?or is it past life stuff? I just dont know.
    Anyway watching you all really helps as you’re all always so positive. So thanxs for that. xx

    i have just read your blog and it is so true,i have been thinking nothing but negative thoughts for months.i am usually the one who can see light at the end of the tunnel and can always see the way round things,but once you are in this frame of mind it is so hard to change it.
    i have learned so much from the show in a short space of time all of you are a tonic to watch.i have just realised how wonderful life is and we do not appreciate what we have.i think anyone who tunes in to the morning shows would be so uplifted with all the positive thinking and you are so right there is a way round everything if we would only look for it christine

    Dear Lotte thankyou again for your heartfelt honesty and trust me you are not aone…I too, have my serious momentsof negative thinking, but the first step in your journey is to “watch your thoughts” every time you catch yourself in a negative one, make a conscious effort to change it. 2. Decide on one thing you want to change to create a happy feeling..perhaps you like a special theme tune that gets you in a good mood. Make a point of listening to this regularly and “feeling” the feeling it provokes. 3 Create a vision diary as demonstrated on the show make sure the plan contains realistic and tangible goals for you career, love life, social scene and money. 4 Find powerful affirmatons to write down beside each goal. 5 repeat them daily until you “feel” the emotion of belief and you will be on your way :>)

I’m not sure what you mean by a vision diary, I must have missed that bit on the show. I could only watch bits as my mum was around and wasn’t too happy anyway, I didn’t want to make it worse. I think I get the idea though if it’s similar to a vision board, but I will try and catch up with you soon on the show to check. Thanks again,
