Break Ups
Most people at some point in their lives have broken away from a relationship, it is a painful experience or sometimes a relief to be true to ourselves in a situation where we cannot try or give anymore energy to that friendship or love relationship. When someone who has changed so much, we can no longer relate to them, when someone doesn’t want to work things out, wants to be free and move on, we have to let them go to be kind to them and also ourselves.
When it is time to move on, for many of us it is so hard. We not only have to cope with the loss, but allow time to heal and understand why.
Everyone we meet comes into our lives for a reason. In all of my readings and in my own life, spirit has helped me to understand why and protected me with the healing process – helping me to move on.
Many people ask themselves these questions :
1) Why has that person changed ?
2) Is there any hope – is it the end?
3) Why do they want to end it?
4) Do they still care about me ?
5) Have I done the right thing by ending it all ?
6) What did I do wrong – was I at fault ?
7) Why can’t I break free and let them go ?
If you can relate to any of these, you can come in and take a reading with me – and shed light and healing on your break up.

Hi Lynn, how are you, very interesting blog! This is my first effort in doing a blog and i think you will know who i am? Found your topics very interesting and especially since the last two years have been a massive learning curve for me! However, i must tell people there is always such hope and positivity in the world and definately “light at the end of the tunnel”. You must not ever give up no matter how tough the going is as i’m now doing really well, met another gentleman who has at last given me confidence and made me believe in myself so there is always hope for everyone. You do a great job of work Lynn keep up the good work, i spoke to you last year i think and you are a very amazing lady – very much love, light and peace to all.
