Prepaid Fuel Cards
i gave my employee a prepaid visa debit card to purchase fuel for work trucks?
Well they used it for more and has since returned it , but im lost at what i can do since i have no proof it was for fuel only. also since its a prepaid debit what can i do?
See what amount is left and match it up to fuel receipts anything else is wrongful spending.
