How does heat energy cause a physical or chemical change?

I need a few examples of how HEAT ENERGY causes a physical change (like the sun melting a piece of chocolate…that type of example) and how it can cause a chemical change?

physical change: giving you a tan

Chemical change: burning your skin

Usually if it does something that happens permanently its a chemical change if you can turn it back its a physical change.
