Taking 3 different supplements?
Alright I’m about to be taking pills to increase muscle mass called C9-T11, I’m also taking Hydroxycut(fat Burner) and something called Ripped Fuel Extreme(fat burner). is it safe to take all of them together(not at the same time of the day).
4 hyroxycut pills a day
2 ripped fuel pills a day
probably 1 or 2 C9 T11 a day
I work out everyday i run 100 miles a week
i want to lose the fat i have i have about 8-9 percent
I’m going to tell you something right now: you are relying WWWAAAAYYYY too much on pills to give you something that they simply cannot. You aren’t going to get the body of your dreams from any of these pills, so stop taking them and spend your money on protein powders and food.
I’m sorry to disappoint you, but “C9-T11″ is nothing more than FAT. It’s a certain kind of fat called CLA, which is actually touted for its “fat burning” properties, not its muscle gain abilities. You are literally swallowing a pill full of oil and thinking that it’s going to make your muscles bigger.
The other two you’re taking are a blend of glorified caffeines.
Stop being lazy and actually hit the gym, hit the pavement, and hit the kitchen. Even if you don’t get any negative side effects from taking THREE FAT-BURNERS at the same time, you certainly won’t see any positive effects…and if you do, they won’t be long-lasting.
