Thought of the Day … Sally

From One Extreme to Another

Are you finding your life is like a yo-yo?

One moment everything is great, the next it’s bad?

Is your relationship loving and close one day and the next day turns sour?

Do you rapidly swing between feeling positive & negative?

Maybe you feel in control of your life for a short while and then you seem to lose it?

Do you trust your partner for a while and then get consumed by doubt and jealousy?

Are you confident in some situations and vulnerable in others?

Are you motivated one moment then suddenly feel de-motivated the next?

Do you swing between feeling overwhelmed and numb?

We can go through these times swinging from one extreme to another without it occurring to us to look at WHY?  So that’s the first step this morning – finding out why.

I’m going to continue to give you an idea of how I work as a Soul-Health Consultant.  This would be a typical process I would go through with someone in my private practice to help them deal with any of the yo-yo issues above.

So, after finding out ‘why’, the second step is acknowledging your emotions, accepting them and not being afraid of facing those emotions you may be suppressing.

Following that, you then need to address whether you have any blocks or repetitive cycles playing out that’s keeping you repeating the game of yo-yo.

Once those blocks and repetitive patterns have been established, you need techniques to clear them.  This part of the process is very important as you need to make sure you are fully aware of the CORE of your issue.  Unless you clear the core of the issue, that core can continue making layers – think of it like an onion – breaking into that core makes you cry, but that’s the only way to clear it!

The next step is about re-programming.  Once you have cleared the old, you want to make way for the new.  I’m sure you’ve heard the phrase ‘’old habits die hard’’ – well, they do, and therefore new positive processes need to be put into place to make sure you don’t fall back into your old patterns.

Now you are free to get what you want in life, so I can help you to formulate new goals and keep you motivated in achieving them.

On today’s show I will be giving you answers to your ‘’why?’’ text messages and caller comment questions whilst I’m at the desk.  So don’t be afraid to ask me … ‘’Sally, why do I keep doing/feeling like this …?’’.

Then at certain points during the show you will have the opportunity to speak to me in person to go through some of the other steps mentioned above.  Please have a pen and paper handy when you call me as I will be giving you plenty of information to process!

I look forward to speaking to you.

Thought of the Day … Lynn

Hi everyone,

Hope you all had a nice Bank Holiday.

I was reading a book written by Louise L. Hay while I was on my holidays titled “You Can Heal Your Life”. Apart from reading a great book – inside there is an uplifting poem which I would like to share with you.

“In the infinity of life where I am all is perfect,
whole, and complete, and yet life is ever changing.
There is no beginning and no end,
only a constant cycling and recycling
of substance and experiences.
Life is never stuck or static or stale,
for each moment is ever new and fresh.
I am one with the very Power that created me, and this Power has given me the power to create my own circumstances.
I rejoice in the knowledge that I have the power
of my own mind to use in any way I choose.
Every moment in life is a new beginning point
as we move from the old. This moment is a new point
of beginning for me right here and right now.
All is well in my world”.

Tremendous words indeed from Louise Hay – give me some feedback and your thoughts.

Love and Light

Thoughts of the Day … John

Last Sunday’s Zero Option

A big thank you to those viewers who came to the service I took at Oxford Spiritualist Church on 23 August.  It didn’t matter a bit if you’re not a spiritualist because - funnily enough, I’m not one either – but what did matter was that you had a good time.  And a good time in a place like that should include ten or fifteen minutes of reasonably intelligent philosophy, a little humour, and some good psychic messages.  The responsibility for that was nearly all mine, so I hope you got what you came for.  But knowing the people who would have met you when you came in, I’ve no doubt you were approached with respect and that any questions you asked received answers from someone who wasn’t possessed ( bad choice of word I know, can’t think of another just at the moment ) by a closed mind.  The thing is, this is how well I know the members of the committee: if anything really weird and far-out had started happening, that lot would have been the first through the door.

And it was great having someone from Option O there on the platform with me.  Psychic Interactive TV maintains the readers working from home are as good as the studio psychics, and it’s true.  The Option O I worked with gave several messages, and the recipients of her messages thought the validations were brilliant.  It remains a good test of someone’s ability if they’re up for standing in front of a room full of complete strangers and delivering strong evidence of the psychic world.

You probably already know that Henry works in some classy spiritualist places.  But I’d like to know which of the other psychics you’d be interested in seeing work with me when I do the next venue.  Send me a text or caller comment.
