Hi everyone,
Hope you all had a nice Bank Holiday.
I was reading a book written by Louise L. Hay while I was on my holidays titled “You Can Heal Your Life”. Apart from reading a great book – inside there is an uplifting poem which I would like to share with you.
“In the infinity of life where I am all is perfect,
whole, and complete, and yet life is ever changing.
There is no beginning and no end,
only a constant cycling and recycling
of substance and experiences.
Life is never stuck or static or stale,
for each moment is ever new and fresh.
I am one with the very Power that created me, and this Power has given me the power to create my own circumstances.
I rejoice in the knowledge that I have the power
of my own mind to use in any way I choose.
Every moment in life is a new beginning point
as we move from the old. This moment is a new point
of beginning for me right here and right now.
All is well in my world”.
Tremendous words indeed from Louise Hay – give me some feedback and your thoughts.
Love and Light

Goodmorning Lyn xxx Wonderful eye (heart) opener here!
I feel that this poem is Truth. I strongly believe that we create our own reality. I know some people will say ‘Maktub’(meaning ‘it is written’); however, I feel that ‘Fate’ is written and ‘Destiny’ is something we can shape/change when using ‘Free will’.
We are children of the Earth; logic can never over-power the law of impermanence, the law of Nature. One of my favourite quotes is ‘CHANGE IS THE ONLY CONSTANT’ (this is clearly reflected in Nature).
To live in the ‘here and now’ and ‘accept what is’ is key to inner peace and happiness but it’s not easy to apply unless one is raised this way. It is important for all of us to realize and tap into our force within and stand in our power.
If You are not sure how to do this; I know that both Sally and Lynn can assist You to tap into your power and unlock your ‘blockages’. Personally, I love a ‘psychic prescription’!
There is no point stressin’ and feeling sad about the clouds as they play their part and also they will pass; allowing the Sun its time to come out to play! There is also no point getting carried away with the presence of the Sun, as it too will pass when it’s time, not when we want it to! LOL
Part of a verse of Rudyard Kipling’s poem ‘IF’ says:
‘If you can meet with triumph and disaster, And treat those two impostors just the same’……..
I would finish it off with ‘You would have truly mastered your mind and found inner peace’
Love & Light to all xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx
