Everything is life is all based on three fundamental energy principles and we are all made up of these principles and every process in life uses them. They are as follows.

1. Cardinal is all about initiation, like the seed of creation, this energy is concerned with the identity of something, i.e. A designer creating the layout of a film set or a writer visualising a story. In nature the seed entering the ground.

” Come on guys lets walk up that mountain!”

2. Fixed is all about maintenance, once the initial seed of creation has been initiated it must continue to remain that way, uncorrupted by outside influences, I.e. An engineer maintaining a warehouse repairing it when necessary. A judge making sure that justice is served and truth  remains un corrupted. The roots of the tree that make sure it remains where it is.

“I know its really windy and pouring with rain but I am going to get to the top”

3. Mutable is all about contemplation and re assessment. A period of stillness where inactivity before activity occurs. I.e. A group of council members meeting to discuss the issues of the community mulling over all the pro’s and con’s brought up by everyone. In nature the night where everything rests and recuperates for the dawn of the next day.

“Right now I am at the top where do I want to go now?”
