I’ve just got back from seeing Michael Jackson’s ‘’This is It’’ at the cinema.
Unfortunately, I had forgotten what an amazing, talented humanitarian this man was.
The energy, drive, focus and ambition he had towards his music is awe inspiring. This incredible man put all his emotion and personal beliefs into his life’s work.
What happens when we lose our focus and motivation and question our beliefs? We can certainly lose a love and trust in ourselves ; which if we’re not careful, can easily become self destructive. Understandably, we sometimes don’t want to look internally to find the answers – it can be too uncomfortable, or we simply don’t know where to begin. This can lead us to shut down certain parts of our life and pretend we are happy when deep inside we know we’re not.
As Michael Jackson’s song ‘’Man in the Mirror’’ says: ‘’take a look at yourself and make that change’’. I know this can be easier said than done, but YOU are the answer to your happiness – no one else!
In this film Michael briefly talks about how we are all connected and says something along the lines that: love is it – love is the answer to everything (apologies for not having pen and paper in hand at the time to quote him!). This is so true – if you can’t love and respect yourself, how do you expect others to love and respect you? Imagine a world full of people that can’t love and respect themselves … we have no respect for each other and no respect for our planet, therefore war, fear and control reign – total self destruction.
I thoroughly enjoyed this film – there were so many messages in it, I wanted to stay in the cinema and immediately watch it again.
One question for you: What are you doing to make the world a better place? I hope the answer begins with loving and respecting the person in the mirror!

How to work with your Power Animal
Yesterday morning I did a breakfast show on meeting your animals guide otherwise known as power animals or animal totems. If you missed the show (where were you?!) please go check out yesterday’s blog. Today I thought we could have a look at how to work with your power animal once you have discovered them.
Working with your animal spirit guide is a life long journey of empowerment and enrichment. We all have an animal spirit guide who we can learn to walk hand in paw with (as it were). So once you have discovered who your guide is, how do you work with them? The most important thing is to give time and patience to develop a powerful relationship with your animal spirit guide. Learn as much as possible about the creature, and take time to communicate with it. Communication can take place as a meditation, or through visiting a farm, zoo, safari etc where you get to spend time with your companion. Helping out an animal charity or sanctuary which deals with your particular animal is a great way of learning and earning respect from your guide.
If you haven’t yet met your spirit guide, meditation is a great way to bring it closer, or ask repeatedly before you go to sleep to be shown your guide in a dream.
The deeper the bond with your animal the easier it will be for your animal to guide you on life’s journey. Here are a few basics to begin working with your animal guide:
1. It is thought that everybody has an animal guardian.
2. Every animal has a powerful spirit.
3. Every animal has a speciality. As we learn more about our animal guides we discover their particular talents, magic and medicine. Studying their abilities helps us to bring that energy into our lives. For example: Snow Leopards are the best of all the big cats at stalking prey. They can remain silent up until the last moment, revealing themselves for a split second before they attack. So if the Snow Leopard was your animal guide then, silence, intuition, instinct and making great leaps towards your goals would be some of the energy this beautiful cat would imbue upon you.
4. Your life long power animal is usually wild, not domesticated. However the domesticated form of your animal may become an important part of your life i.e. if your totem animal was a Wolf, Dogs could become important for you, if it is a Lion then Cats may take over your life etc.
5. Your animal chooses you; you do not choose your animal. Ego may get in the way sometimes, but let your animal come towards you, don’t chase after something because you feel it’s glamorous, which brings me on to the next point…
6. Don’t ignore a totem animal simply because it is not what you feel is glamorous or cool. You can have a Skunk, or a Beetle as your guide, which are equally as important as a Lion or a Wolf!
7. Most importantly, enjoy your connection with your guide and with nature. Your guide is here to help, heal and inspire you… so let it!

ANGELS COMMUNICATE AND REVEAL SO MUCH
Hello there
Everyone comes to the Earth with a life plan, a soul contract to fulfil. We do not always remember what that is, but our Angel does and so today I want to communicate with your special guardian angel to answer any questions you may have.
Our Angels are there to help keep us on track and in tune with our higher purpose and soul contract. Another important goal is to help us to recognise and to share our natural talents in everything we do. When we excel in something and we know that this can be shared with others it is an empowering and satisfying experience for everyone. When you truly work with having a knowing relationship with your Angel your progress and growth excels. Your Angel is there to offer guidance and support but you must give your angel conscious permission to do this. They cannot help us to the best of their abilities without our inviting them into our lives and asking and giving them permission to do so.
Today before you ask a question, just sit quietly for a moment and give your special angel permission to communicate with you through me so that the answers to your questions can be revealed. As a psychic, I might not always know how these answers will benefit you or how the information is to be used, but all the same the experience is to connect, communicate and reveal knowledge and information for your highest good.
Once you have had your personal angel revealed and the stronger your connection becomes, the more miracles you will witness in your life … your higher aspirations will suddenly begin to manifest in ways you could never have imagined or created for yourself without the help and assistance of the Angels.
Remember, the Angelic Realm is a great gift to us, so use this insight and loving guidance in every aspect of your life …
