The Healing Property of Love

Hey everyone.

I just wanted to write a little blog about love.

Recently I’ve been lucky enough to have experienced it quite a lot.

I have some friendships that are glowing right now, friends who make me laugh, friends who entertain me and friends who I could tell anything and expect not to be judged. Also I am lucky enough to have a loving and affectionate partner, who makes me very happy.

Then there is the love – in another form – I feel for my beautiful one year old niece. Nurture seems to be mixed up in their as well (not something I necessarily expected) and I am simply adoring watching her grow.

And yesterday we created a lot of love in the studio (with Carolyne and Charlotte on the day show, in case you missed it!). A big plume of loving energy stayed with me for the rest of the day, right up until now…. writing this….. at about 9pm.

Love is a real thing.

If you examine the teachings of every single faith on this planet then there is unity agreement: love is a unifying force and something very valid.

So today, I want to set us all a challenge (and I am going to take part). For the rest of the day, can we all focus onto how we are loving one another? Onto doing our very best to ensuring we come across in a loving way? Or by simply doing something special for someone you love, be it family, friend or lover….

I hope, if you accept, then you will in some way be rewarded by spirit. A cosmic pat on the back.

By the way, the other thing I love right now is being back on your breakfast screens! So let’s get this interactive show on the road.
