Automatic Writing to help you in Developement
As many of you know that I started my Spiritual path through Automatic writing. Now I find that this is the easiest way to connect with your guides as a form of meditation and as a visual response from them back to you. This form of writing goes back many years in which people using this method of divernation to not only meditate but to receive messages from there guides as Validation in the process, and opening us up Spiritually. I remember going back to when I was 14 years old a good friend of mine Maureen told me about Automatic writing and how I should give it ago ,knowing that I was intuative it would help me open up Spiritually. she handed me a pen and paper and told me to relax I could feel the pen starting to move across the page slowly building up and forming words from my spirit guide giving me messages for people in the room at the time things I could not have know about them and things that came to light weeks ahead. Not only was I making connection with my guides through the writing I was also opening my third eye in the process and becoming more and more psychic every day. To cut a very long story short as the months went by the messages on the paper became clearer and and I started to know what was going to be written down on the paper before it was wrote.
So in time I didnt need to use the pen to connect with my Guide he was just there when ever I needed him. like he is today. If you have any questions on this form of Development I am free to anwser any questions via your calls and will be demonstrating my writing on this mornings show.

The beauty of courage
Since the beginning of time, the concept of courage has continuously provoked respect and admiration. This demonstration of bravery and fortitude can manifest in numerous ways. Courage extends to all aspects of life, sweeping across cultures and civilizations as it leaves a timeless legacy, shrouded in majestic reverence.
Throughout history, revelations surrounding the beauty of courage have been translated into art, poetry and literature. Brave deeds have found their way into fables and stories, inspiring generation after generation to pursue similar acts of greatness; but why is the fascination with courage so emotionally and intellectually provocative?
The answer lies with the spiritual vibrations that accompany and steer courageous endeavours. Bravery requires hope, faith and the inevitable emergence of truth. Its ripples extend to any situation that commands honesty and integrity. True courage can only be instigated by belief and principle and is driven primarily by an all-consuming desire to unfold and express the truth
Whether reflecting on an everyday issue or contemplating a life-changing event, courage can remove uncertainty, allowing its spiritual undertones to pave the way. Embrace the warrior within and take a step towards creating your own piece of history. Let your life be enhanced by an act of courageous importance, liberating the full intensity of your hidden hopes and desires.

The Tennis.
Recently I have been staying up til all hours to watch live coverage of Andy Murray’s bid to win the Australian Open from Melbourne. And he has been doing rather well. He has managed to reach the final having only lost just one set the entire competition.
On Sunday morning he will probably have to play Roger Federer and hopefully become the first British Grand Slam winner in 74 years. I am having a breakfast party at my flat to watch and celebrate the occasion.
But what has all this got to do with spirituality, I hear you ask?
The other day I had a heated conversation with John Healey. He hates tennis players. He thinks they are “monstrous” people who have little room in their lives for anything else but tennis. This may indeed be true.
But just think of the amount of drive and determination Andy Murray must have. Think of the hours of practice on the tennis courts and at the gym, the careful consideration of over what he eats and the discipline he must have with himself. There is a real belief he really can be the best.
I am well aware this is something of a super-human effort. No disputing that. But we could all do with wrapping ourselves up with that powerful lustful drive and energy – even if just for a split second. If only we could all somehow channel something of Mr Murray’s “get up and go” then we could all achieve so much more!
On the show I want to channel and push forward an aspect of your life that could lead you to that feeling Andy Murray gets when he hits his forehand.
I promise to find something to inspire you to get motivated. Try me out!
Looking forward to it tremendously.
