I thought today I would just simply pull you a card !
wednesdays are funny days neither a start or a finnish to the week…a bit like work in progress…and hey I pulled out the Psychic Lady!…all about the journey of life…this card reminds us to listen and follow our own intution, when it whispers gently within us.
Its a very subtle calling that on many occasions our logic shouts out over to drown out what we truly feel, thats why as developing psychics it is important to meditate to tune in or quieten the mind so we can listen to our guiding spirit within, it is a pure and loving energy, not tainted by jelousy ,greed, or pride, its where we link into finding that, that place that true messages and love inspire and heal in a reading to help others, its all about the spirtual pathway that test us but also allowing the trust to build to bring about the empowerment of the soul.
This I bring to you today accept the challenges, with grace look forward to the peace and happiness at the end for it will be yours to keep forever.
Happy Wednesday
Lovingly yours Anne x

Little Things
…Please little minds, they say. We need to look at the big picture in order to know what to do, but it’s the tiny details of our lives that show us why we do it.
Most of my friends know that my cause for 2010 is the World Wildlife Fund’s Save the Tiger. People don’t always resonate with something that far off. Too big, too far away. But if we think of our kids being given plush toy tigers and all those books and nursery wallpapers covered with Winnie the Pooh and Piglet and Tigger too….and imagine those kids pointing at Tigger and asking where he is, and being told he doesn’t exist anymore, telling them no, they’ll never see the real thing, cos Tigger died out. We could have saved him, we just didn’t. Imagine their faces. Suddenly the big picture is relevant. If not for poor Tigger himself (the best reason, as far as I’m concerned) at least for our little ones we should protect old stripey.
Little things make life sweet. I knew a lady once who used to crystalise real flowers and put them on her cakes. She would wash tiny violets and primroses etc and leave them to dry, then she would carefully take out the middle bits. After that she would dip the flowers in an egg white and sugar mixture, and let them dry. They looked delicate and sparkly and tasted much better than horrible marzipan; I gobbled them up until the neighbour’s son told me they were fried fairies. It’s just a tiny memory that made me smile, so I decided to make a list of little things that charm my day.
1. On a cold night, slipping into bed between clean crisp sheets and feeling them warm up.
2. Not quite drying yourself after a bath, and feeling the last drops of water just evaporate off your skin.
3. Bubble wrap.
4. Crazy home-made chutneys/jams/pickles full of strange ingredients you never thought you could eat, never mind jamify ( is that a word?)
5. Jangly old keys you just know lead somewhere interesting…
6. Rain outside, very specifically outside!
7. NOT answering the phone!
8.Coffee grinders, especially manual ones.
9. Butterfly kisses.
10. Round yorkshire puds with gravy in the middle.
So there’s my list of fun little things that cheer me up. What’s on your list? Tell me all about the little things that brighten your day!

The Law of Attraction – A Timeless Concept
The principles associated with The Law of Attraction have continuously provoked curiosity and debate. Since I have been asked numerous questions on the subject recently, I felt it would be appropriate to explore certain aspects of this ever-popular topic.
From a philosophical perspective, The Law of Attraction represents one’s own vision of ‘self’ and forms the basis from which the individual’s personal universe is conceived and aligned. The power of ‘thought’ sets the backdrop from which The Law of Attraction comes into full flow.
From a scientific approach, Einstein’s equation E=MC2 is highly relevant. According to this theory, all matter is essentially energy and whilst it cannot be created or destroyed, it can be moved into or out of different forms. In relation to the personal universe, this allows tremendous scope for choice and control. Thoughts and emotions are rarely fixed, which means that even a slight shift in feelings and perception can create new dynamics, resulting in different possibilities.
Historical references have also proved crucial in promoting The Law of Attraction. These include The Hermetic Laws, which are believed to have originated from Ancient Egypt. The seven principles of the Hermetic Laws as set out in the Kybalion are as follows:
- The principle of mind
“The all is mind.”
- The principle of correspondence
“As above, so below; as below, so above.”
- The principle of vibration
“Nothing rests; everything moves; everything vibrates.”
- The principle of polarity
“Everything is Dual; everything has poles.”
- The principle of rhythm
“Everything flows, out and in; everything has its tides.”
- The principle of cause and effect
“Every cause has its effect; every effect has its cause.”
- The principle of gender
“Gender is everything; everything has masculine and feminine principles; gender manifests on all planes.”
The timeless quality associated with The Law of Attraction suggests that all that truly matters revolves around ‘now’. The present can tackle the past and set a new and desirable course for the future. The Law of Attraction continuously promotes an exploration of possibility. Ultimately, it is the understanding and the utilisation of ‘freedom of choice’ that creates the truth behind the concept. To choose is to think and to think is to take the first step towards the application of The Law of Attraction.
