Peace – How To Promote It-

( that full moon in libra flushed out all the crap-)

Seven Simple Steps -

1 Respect and Take Responsibility For Yourself.  ( 100% )

- Never lower your standards,  sacrifice your integrity or refuse forgiveness .

If you do, you  may win the point or argument but its likely you will celebrate a tainted victory

- address this if it’s a pattern in your life -

2 Avoid the desire to indulge in ” Divisive Chat”/ Watch Your Speech

All relationships are a kind of partnership ( professional or personal) and decent people are not going to commit to long term associations with gossips or negative critical folk.

It’s crap- cut it out ;-)

3.Aspire to the Truth

-Speak your truth gently but never with aggression. It’s not OK to hurt someone else intentionally in the name of truth.

4.Allow Compassion to Motivate You

-The law of attraction is always at work like a magnetic force field so watch what you put out

-Expect compassion from others and life , but show it to all who cross your path
- Keep moving with grace

5  Assess and Understand Your Position

What have you got to work with ?
What do you need to work on?

-In order retain, attract or even become the best person possible and jive in peace it’s vital to work on oneself via self awareness and know what you have to offer others.

6. Clear Your Path

- let go of blame. mistakes are usually due to lack of wisdom on our part and betrayals may even be universally ordered- who knows? Always more questions than answers
Heal -

-  jumping from one failed relationship to another full of blame usually just brings misery to all, like a chain of suffering.

 Stop. Retreat. Centre. Re-Align

-Then move forward whole or risk going round and round mindlessly  like a  hula hoop.

7. Introduce Grace Into Your Life

- Accept and deal with what is presented to you with grace. Let go of insecure neediness. It’s often a repellant. Be honest but independent.

We are only on this Planet for about twelve hours a day

Be at peace for a many of those as you can-

The rest of the time? who knows where we go and who we may be.

So, the trick is to lighten up, laugh alot and treat life with sincerity but try not to take it all too seriously

Tune in, post on the blog and let’s get interactive x

Blessings and Love to you all

EMOTIONAL SPRING CLEANING WORKSHOP

PART 4

All this month I’m running an Emotional Spring Cleaning Workshop for you, so that you’re ready to hop, skip and jump into a positive spring time, full of energy, optimism and happiness.

Last week we discussed affirmations and the importance of having some tailored to your individual needs.  Today is all about the practical aspects of Emotional Spring Cleaning.  This is the final part to this workshop.

We had a full moon yesterday, so it’s now just entering its waning phase, which is all about letting go.   When we discussed affirmations last week we looked at how the thoughts and feelings we are having directly affects the experiences we draw into our lives.  For example, if you’re feeling that everything is a struggle and that nothing goes right for you, then you will continue to attract various different situations into your life that are a struggle and that won’t go right for you.  You can simply fail to see and therefore miss wonderful opportunities coming your way.  The same goes with your home- if your home is cluttered, then so will you be.  You can end up feeling confused and stressed, thinking about lots of different things at once and never getting anything done.  What do you feel about your home and how does that reflect everything else in your life?

So, over the next two weeks until the moon enters her waxing phase again, this is the best time to spring clean your home.  Plus we are celebrating Easter this weekend which is all about new beginnings, new growth and exciting changes.  So set aside a day or even an hour a day to sort through your cupboards and create some new fresh, clean space around you.

Now you’re ready for spring!

IF YOU DON’T ASK………

Just over a month ago, a little before the Full Moon in Virgo, a mega earthquake struck Chile and there have been daily aftershocks as the Earth adjusts to the new alignment and since then I have come across many, many questions relating to your personal lives also undergoing a series of shifts and aftershocks.

Monday’s Full Moon at 9 degrees Libra is the culmination of a cycle of readjustment as we leave behind old ways of “being and doing” as we move ahead into new territory. This Full Moon and the New Moon in Aries on the 14th of April, marks the halfway point between eclipses in Capricorn and Cancer which means that we’re at a critical turning point.

With the Moon in Libra opposite the Sun in Aries, our main focus will be on how we balance our own needs with those of others. This is never easy, particularly if you have been brought up to put the needs of others before your own. Many of us are rethinking the load we’re carrying and how much additional weight we can support when others don’t do their part. How willing are you to keep doing a job that’s not yours? How many times to do text or call without a response? How many times do you keep picking up someone else’s dirty socks, or are you constantly bailing out irresponsible relatives, or, forgiving those who constantly disappoint or hurt you?

At some point, we just can’t do it anymore.

Women of my generation were raised to put husband, kids, boyfriends, boss, and everyone but themselves first. Old patterns don’t change overnight, but there will be some important changes on the way, thanks to Venus, the ruler of the Full Moon, in “me-first” Aries.

Admittedly, she’s not at her best in Aries, precisely because the divine feminine she represents is expected to be soft, sweet, communicative, and other people-oriented. Well, forget that! A strong sense of self is prerequisite to so many things in life, and it can make relationships a lot easier when you directly tell others what you want and need. That doesn’t mean you’ll get it, but at least you’ll be clear about why you’re making your point. People often don’t want to be direct about their needs because they fear confrontation.

But with this full Moon you probably won’t be able to avoid a bit of a bumpy ride,

so you might as well speak up for yourself and remember that change simply can’t happen without ruffling a few feathers. This full Moon inspires us to restore some semblance of balance, so make that your goal between now and the New Moon in Aries on the 14th of April, when new directions will become clear in unexpected areas of your life, but remember we’ll need to be ready to hit the ground running and change in an instant.

One last consideration is that the way to deep healing is by communicating your needs and desires. Again, it doesn’t mean you’ll get everything you want, but you certainly won’t get it if you don’t ask.
