Today’s blog is very simple! But don’t you often find that the simplest things in life work the best?
It is a simple key that we can all use to be happier and more abundant in life, and am sure it’s one you have already heard, but hopefully this will be a nice morning reminder!
Focus on and appreciate the good things in your life.
So, firstly no matter how bad your day, if you can focus on and be grateful for at least one or two people or things, life gets back in a more positive perspective. What we focus on, we attract, so therefore you will bring more and more of what you love in your life.
If you are looking for love, give out a loving vibe, appreciate those you love, and very importantly remember that you deserve love. We often know how to give, but find it hard to receive!
If you want abundance, love what you have, whether it be a job, your possessions etc and be confident that you will always have enough to meet your needs.
‘An attitude of gratitude is prayer in motion’
So what are you focusing on and appreciating this morning?

Good Morning Laura
This morning I am appreciating the beauty of where I live, as ice and snow have left to give room to yellow fields, that I have to drive through to reach the wider world..as I drove past I saw a doe bounding through the yellow..and I appreciate that my world is one of magic and awe and that each day within my work I have the power and gift of transformation..
” The day is a gift without time
Moment after moment I unwrap her
I move through her in grace,
no more ahead of myself, or behind,
than a tiger, than a seagull.
Let me remember
I can open tomorrow the same way.
A slow present
lived as free of time
as the life or a tiger, a seagull.”

Good morning Laura,
I agree wholeheartedly with your blog. We all believe that what we have is normal and ‘owed to us’, but most of us are blithely unaware of how lucky we are each and every day. I spent a couple of years in Africa when I was younger, you can’t experience that without appreciating what you have, your possessions, your opportunities in life, simply having some food every day…growing up with a seriously-ill mum, I learned early on to appreciate my own (rather dodgy) health, which just doesn’t occur to most people. I now make a conscious effort to thank Spirit every night for what I have and what I have experienced during the day, even seemingly trivial stuff (I may have an old car, but it got me to the shops today!)I think it is important to remember that what we have is a gift, whatever its size and the wrapping paper – and that our guides are around us all the time bringing us those gifts to help us learn and grow. After all, you can’t appreciate how good your life is without experiencing something difficult occasionally.
So,whatever might be missing from my life at present, I’m grateful today for the brilliant sunshine and heat outside, feeling healthy and positive and for a lovely comfortable house with a full fridge!
Blessings to you and the crew,
