While propane canisters may not be available all year, many other fuel sources are. They can cost less than propane, last longer, and can be refilled, saving you a lot of money over propane camping stoves. One of the biggest benefits, especially when you are in a remote location is that you don’t have to worry about disposing of the empty canister.
